Ioseb Natroshvili
Co-Founder
Founder and Managing Partner of Green Power Platform, a Georgia-based renewable-energy company connecting international investors with high-quality renewable assets.
With more than 25 years of experience in the electricity sector, he has led multiple generation, distribution, and reform projects in Georgia.
Former COO and Partner of Hydrolea LLC (2013–2024), where he oversaw the development, construction and operation of small- and medium-scale five hydropower plants totaling 42 MW.
Currently Managing Director of Solare Georgia LLC, supervising development and financing of the 15 MW Gardabani Solar Power Plant.
Previously Commercial Manager at Energo-Pro Georgia (2007–2013), serving more than 1 million customers, and First Deputy General Director at Electricity System Commercial Operator (2001–2007), where he helped establish national wholesale electricity market operator in Georgia.
Mikheil Dolbadze
Co-Founder
Founder of Green Power Platform, a Georgia-based renewable-energy company connecting international investors with high-quality renewable assets.
An accomplished renewable-energy professional with over 15 years of experience in hydropower, solar, and infrastructure projects across Georgia and Europe.
Currently the Regional Manager for the Caucasus and Central Asia at Troyer SpA (Italy), one of Europe’s leading electromechanical suppliers for hydropower plants, and representative in Georgia of several top Italian engineering companies including ESE Srl, Idrostudi Srl, and API SpA.
Previously served as Director at Georgian Solar Company LLC (6 MW), Chordula HPP (2 MW) and Water 2 Wire Georgia (2 MW), overseeing full project cycles from design and financing to commissioning.
Earlier, as Project Manager at the Georgian Energy Development Fund, he was involved in multiple national-level wind, solar, and hydropower developments.
Giorgi Chakvetadze
Legal Expert
Giorgi is an experienced legal professional with more than 15 years of practice in Georgia’s energy and infrastructure sectors. He has advised numerous hydropower, solar, and construction companies on complex legal, regulatory, and transactional matters.
His expertise covers the full legal lifecycle of energy projects, including land and permitting, SPAs, EPC/O&M agreements, PPAs, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance. He is certified by the Georgian Bar Association in civil law and has completed international training in rural electrification and corporate governance.
As a freelance legal advisor, Giorgi supports Green Power Platform on a project-by-project basis, providing high-level legal due diligence, transaction support, and regulatory guidance to ensure that each project is developed and executed with strong legal foundations and investor confidence.
